Practical product handling. Clear working agreements.
Our focus is specific: help Chinese manufacturers and cross-border sellers receive, inspect and sort returns in the UK, then follow an agreed route for each outcome.
Inspect first. Decide with evidence.
A return does not automatically mean a product is beyond recovery. Some items may need cleaning, an accessory or a straightforward repair; others may have faults that are not economical to fix. A useful process follows agreed criteria rather than guesswork.
Our practical experience includes handling returned trail and wildlife cameras: recording items, testing against manufacturer criteria, separating recoverable from non-refurbishable units and consolidating batches. Other product types are reviewed first for equipment, safety and repair requirements.
Each project should agree its scope, pricing, reporting format and disposition authority before work begins. Repairs or decisions outside that scope are referred back to the client instead of being decided unilaterally.
No assumed savings. Validate with real data.
Whether UK-side handling is more economical than returning items to China depends on product type, volume, fault rate, labour, parts, international freight and restocking rules. A pilot gives both sides real data to compare total cost and recovered value.
